  1. Myofascial Release
  2. CranioSacral Therapy
  3. Visceral Manipulation

“There are healthy ways to cope with chronic or acute pain. In addition to manipulation, we arm you with the knowledge to address these areas on your own.  These methods give you the peace of mind that you are in control of your health.  We are here to show you those techniques and assist in the proper treatment of areas that cause you pain.”

The Standard Equipment

Dr. Copeland uses techniques to help ease your pain that do not involve complex equipment with many moving parts (you may have seen in other offices).

Personal Treatment

No contraptions here! We are here to help you heal, and feel better. Armed with a foam roller or two and his trusted table he helps you practice good stretching and pain releif techniques that you can do at home.

Focused Care

Have a spot that hurts? Dr. Copeland will address the cause of that by moving and tending to the affected area as well as all connected tissues and structures in the body. One spot, usually means you need help in many areas to heal properly.

Surgical Implants

Pain from an accident or surgery can be a challenge to manage without harsh medications which can affect your total health - but that is our goal! Healing properly means finding the cause of the residual pain. Through careful manipulation and adjustment Dr. Copeland strives to give you the best life, the most pain free life possible all while removing your dependence on pain medicine.

Clients share their experience

“Dr. Copeland took care of my husband and went beyond what any other physician would have done. He is now treating me. He’s the most caring and compassionate physician that I have ever known. He truly cares about how you feel and listens to what his patients have to say. I would give him a five plus. He is a holistic doctor. We need more doctors like him that care enough to learn the tools to treat people without first prescribing medication that too often becomes addictive. Thank you, Sam!”
